Weekly Updates from the Guidance Office - February 28, 2025

Graduation Fee

Starting this week, grade 12 graduating students can begin to pay for their graduation fee through school cash online. This fee is required if they wish to attend the graduation ceremony and covers the cost of your grad cap/gown as well as two guest tickets.

Part of the payment process requires that students indicate their gown size. In order to help them with identifying their gown size, a sample gown in each size is available in the Guidance office. Students are encouraged to come by the Guidance office to try on the gowns in order to confirm their correct size before placing their order.

Course Selection for 2025-2026

Course Selections for the 2025-2026 school year were due today on February 21st. Students had the opportunity to input the email address of their parent/guardians. You should then receive an email from myBlueprint listing the courses selected by your child.  Please check your email, and provide myBlueprint with the needed approval.  If you do not support your child’s course selection, you have the opportunity to hit “decline”. In this case, a Guidance Counsellor will be in contact  with you to discuss your concerns. Families who do not indicate that the courses have been denied will be assumed to be in support of the course selections.
